ONLINE YOGA & MINDFULNESS 200 HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION WITH MAHA MUKTI YOGA

Online Yoga Teacher Training Course

LEARN TO TEACH YOGA ONLINE, SO YOU CAN TEACH YOGA & MINDFULNESS TO OTHERS, BOTH ONLINE & IN-PERSON!

If you want to practice as a yoga instructor and you can’t travel to abroad because of Corona Pandemic, you can enrol in our basic online yoga certification course, typically called a YTT 200 to start out. Our Yoga Alliance International Accredited and Online Yoga Teacher Training courses provide a solid foundation for teaching yoga and in-depth exploration of how to deepen your own yoga personal practice. We have created the world’s first accredited online yoga teacher training course which is flexible, personalised and community-focused.

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training balances the depth of an authentic spiritual tradition with the breadth of complete yogic education.

Our online immersion will be held over Zoom and you will have Sunday off throughout the course.

This online, interactive yet self-paced Yoga Teacher Training certification training will fully equip you to teach yoga & mindfulness in studios, schools, businesses AND online.

Our program is registered with Yoga Alliance, and we will approve and certify all graduates for Yoga Alliance upon completion of this program. You can see our profile on the Yoga Alliance website here.

After your training with us, you’ll be a certified, 200 hour yoga teacher, ready and equipped to share yoga in any setting.

  • Our online yoga teacher training certification uses our Yoga Alliance approved curriculum
  • You will learn to teach confidently in front of a room full of people, and also in front of a single camera.
  • This is not a ‘work by yourself’ training. Instead, this is a highly interactive training with live classrooms as well as self-paced components.
  • You don’t need to have an advanced yoga practise to register for this program. You can start right where you are.
  • There are no pre-requisites for this training.
  • We are with you until you complete the training

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ONLINE TRAINING?

  • This training will teach you to teach yoga both in-person and online
  • Since our innovative online program is Yoga Alliance approved, you can trust that we cover all of the essential components of a quality yoga teacher training
  • Flexible pacing – You can complete the program in 8 weeks (most common). We’ll be delivering the course curriculum in 8 weeks. The course ends June 30th, and your own study and practice can continue after June 30th if that is better for you.
  • Some other online training programs attempt to teach you using PDF’s and videos – we can promise you that you will not become a skilful yoga teacher with only self-study components in your training.
  • What will make you a good yoga teacher is the guidance of skilful teachers that you have access to throughout and beyond the training
  • It is very challenging to learn something without interaction and the ability to ask questions of expert guides – our program eliminates this challenge
  • Our program contains a module for ‘teaching online’, covering technology, internet, zoom, social media, and how to ‘hold space’ for a class that isn’t physically present

Together, we have brought together cutting-edge technology, our deep library of teachings, and a compassionate, hands-on approach to distance learning.
